Constance M. Farago Obituary (1954

Constance Connie M. (Lombardo) Farago, 66, a resident of Westford, passed away at Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln, MA on Sunday, July 4, 2021 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Robert Farago with whom she enjoyed 39 years of marriage and 46 years together. She was born in Waltham, MA on July 16, 1954 and was the daughter of the late Charles and Grace (Colligan) Lombardo. Connie attended school in Waltham and was a graduate of Waltham High School with the class of 1972. After devoting many years to her son (and the other Boutwell boys), she began her time at Shaker Lane Elementary School in Littleton where she was employed for 16 years as an administrative assistant. Connie loved this position and considered her colleagues and every student to be members of her family. She was an avid reader, enjoyed spending summers by her pool and taking trips to Ogunquit, Maine to visit her favorite store - Spoiled Rotten. She was happiest, by far, when surrounded by the friends and family that she loved most. In addition to her husband Bob, Connie is survived by her son Michael Farago and his wife Brittany Palaski of North Reading, her sister Janice Messina-Perea and her husband Bruce Perea of Huntsville, TX, her father-in-law Anthony Farago of Waltham, her brothers-in-law Bruce Farago and John Farago and her sister-in-law Lynne McPhail. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins. Connie was blessed to gather deep and long-lasting friendships in every stage of her life. She leaves behind dear friends from her childhood, neighbors who became family, and her ever-growing Shaker Lane crew. Connie's family would like to recognize her amazing team of doctors from the MGH oncology department and thank them for their deep commitment to her care. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, July 14th from 4-7 PM at Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 10 AM at the Blessed Trinity Parish - St. Catherine of Alexandria 107 N. Main St., Westford. KINDLY MEET AT THE CHURCH. Interment will be held privately.
