Jacek 'Jack' Rawski Obituary (1964 - 2017)

Jacek "Jack" Rawski, 52, of Westford, passed away on May 20, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Agnieszka Agnes (Kozera) Rawski. Born in Warsaw, Poland, to Janusz and Lucyna (Janczyk) Rawski, Jack immigrated to the US in 1996 and began his career in quality control. He most recently worked for St. Jude Medical, now known as Abbott, in Westford as a Quality Control Supervisor. A lifelong athlete, Jack enjoyed swimming and was also an avid soccer player in which he was a member of the Westford FC over 50 league. He passed on his love of soccer to his only grandson and enjoyed teaching him everything he knew. In addition to his passion for sports, Jack also enjoyed cooking many ethnic cuisines, gardening and traveling around the world with his wife. He especially enjoyed his most recent trips to Spain and Italy. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. In addition to his wife, Jack is survived by his daughter Caroline Rawski and his grandson Gabriel Freeman of Westford as well as many loving relatives in Poland. Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial visitation on FRIDAY May 26, 2017 from 4:00-8:00pm in the BLAKE CHELMSFORD FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen Street, CHELMSFORD. Interment will be private.
