Jin N. 'Jinnie' Davis Obituary (1953

Jinnie (Nam) Davis, 64, a resident of Johnstown, PA, lost her battle with lung cancer on February 1, 2018, with family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Dr. James K. Davis who passed away in September 2017. She was born in Na Joo, South Korea on December 8, 1953 and was a daughter of the late Oh Hyun Nam and Duk Soon Yoo who survives her. Jinnie was an avid golfer. A member of the WGAWP, the Sunnehanna Country Club and a former member of the Windber Country Club, where she was club champion 12 times. She also enjoyed traveling and gardening on her farm with her husband and spending time with her family. In addition to her mother, Jinnie is survived by her loving daughters; Monica Matthews of Concord, NC and Jessica Harrington and her husband Patrick of Chelmsford, her cherished grandchildren; Corbin, Benjamin, Nathaniel, Zada and Evan. Her brother; Richard Nam and his wife; Nancy of Landsdale, PA. Her nieces; Sue Kim and Ashley Kim and her nephew, Insik Nam. A celebration of her life will take place at 2pm on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the West Hills Community Church at 2301 Sunshine Ave, Johnstown, Pa.
