WESTFORD- Brian J. Marchand, 59, a resident of Westford, died on Monday, February 1, 2010. He was the husband of Jody (Toney) Marchand. Brian was born on August 9, 1950 in Lowell the son of the late Raymond O. Marchand and Mary (Scobie) Rosnov and her husband Nate of Dracut who survive her. He was a graduate of Chelmsford High School and Northern Essex Community College. He was a member of the Stony Brook Sportsman Club. He was recently retired from Ray Marchand Co in Lowell, where he was a co-owner along with his brother Ray. He was an avid sportsman and a cancer survivor. He was the father of 4 children; Lisa, Amie, Brian, and Olivia. He also leaves 1 brother; Ray D. Marchand and his wife Pat of Westford and 4 grandchildren. He also leaves his former wife Deborah. He was the brother of the late Ronnie Marchand. This sudden and tragic ending did not reflect the man that he was or the life that he led. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Visiting hours will be on Saturday from 12:00 - 4:00 pm at the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME 24 Worthen St., CHELMSFORD.
